The Challenge
Our team navigated the complexities of the pandemic to produce a captivating virtual event, honoring Denver Metro nurses with celebration and recognition. This Annual event required engaging a remote audience while adhering to social distancing, a task made personal as one of our founders, Amber Manresa, is a former nurse, adding depth and meaning to our approach.
The Solution
Collaborating closely with nurse clients, we crafted 40 pieces of custom content, videos, and animations, along with 240 tailored cues and 24 pages of scripted content. Partnering with a top-tier virtual event studio, we assembled a skilled team to ensure a seamless evening hosted by Jessica Porter of Channel 7 news, infusing nurse-inspired elements into the event's fabric.
The Outcome
The virtual Nightingale Recognition Event surpassed expectations, engaging over 450 virtual attendees with just a 6% drop-off rate over 2 hours. Honoring 200+ Denver Metro nurses in a captivating virtual environment, the event garnered immense positive feedback and gratitude from attendees, paving the way for future live Gala events, showcasing the power of creativity and innovation in honoring healthcare heroes.
