The Challenge
In lieu of the Accelerate Tech Festival hosted by Pure Storage annually, our client decided to pivot to a multi-city road show throughout the United States and Canada. They tasked our team with planning and producing elevated networking events that would allow our clients to showcase some of their newest product launches and meet face-to-face with their most valuable prospective and current customers. What started as a 28-city road show grew to a 43-city road show.
The Solution
Matrix Events coordinated events in 43 cities, selecting optimal venues for meaningful client engagements. We ensured consistent experiences by transporting technical gear, decor, and signage between cities, refining our setup with insights from each event.
