The Challenge
Our team was charged with creating the first-ever Venetian Carnival in Macau, China - to include heavy entertainment, production management, and themed expo builds. The Carnival should be authentic and represent the Venetian style and flair.
The Solution
Our creative and technical teams came together to produce two huge events over three days in spectacular fashion. Leveraging our global network of suppliers, we flew in award-winning carnival musicians and a dynamic dancing troupe from Brazil, infusing the events with the vibrant energy and authenticity expected of such a prestigious brand and iconic property. Through entertainment and production management, coupled with themed expo builds, we created an immersive experience that transported attendees to the heart of Venetian splendor, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration of culture and hospitality.
The Outcome
The Venetian Macau Carnival captivated audiences with its mesmerizing performances and immersive atmosphere, drawing an estimated 1,000 attendees per day over the course of three days. The infusion of authentic Brazilian carnival music and dance elevated the event to new heights, resonating with guests and creating lasting memories. The success of the Venetian Carnival not only showcased the Venetian Macau's commitment to excellence in hospitality and entertainment but also solidified its reputation as a premier destination for cultural experiences.
